Dada Brain Collage
Mixed Media Collage ~ 4.6" x 7.7" ~ Framed
.."Ok, a little bit about this piece...
This artwork comes from the "Brain Corset" 🤕 concept that I created based on Paul-Michel Foucault's work "The Order of Things" from 1966. Controversial but I encourage you to take a look at his work.
This kind of casquet is a corset for the brain, which is the modern version of the 18th Century "corset" that was used by women as a close-fitting piece to achieve a tiny bee shape waist for aesthetic purposes.

Our society remains too busy and messy, so we can't see beyond our screens.
In response we look for entertainment, kits to survive, self-instructions in books on how to deal with people or how to be part of the cool scenery and bla bla bla...feeling stresséé!?
For what? To get social approval?
Please, Marie-Antoinette remove your corset..."
